Fashions from New York Bride & Groom were prominently featured recently on WCCB TV’s News Rising, a weekday morning show for the Charlotte metro region. The segment focused on modern wedding looks and featured three NYB&G pieces: two gorgeous wedding dresses and a dapper tuxedo.
The spot kicked off with Rising‘s Runway Coach Jennifer Michelle spotlighting a super trendy Tony Bowls tux from our New York Bride & Groom tuxedo rental department. Speaking for brides everywhere, Michelle observed about the slim fit suit, “This is when you’re walking down the aisle and you see him standing there and you know you made a great investment.”
Next up was a stunning ballgown from our collection. Michelle particularly noted the layers of tulle around the lower portion of the dress which added dramatic beauty. The jeweled headpiece, taken from our New York Bride wedding accessories department, was also highlighted. In addition to this particular piece, we carry a full range of fashion accessories at New York Bride & Groom that includes headpieces, veils, belts and jewelry.
The final look from our shop was a mermaid style wedding dress that would cause a sensation coming down any aisle. The back features a zipper for easy in-and-out, but it’s concealed by an elegant button treatment that looks much more sophisticated. Beautiful organza creates the flare at the knee, while the custom-made NYB&G veil balances the proportions on top.
All in all, for the uninitiated the segment was a good introduction to our bridal shop. The only way to truly appreciate our vast and beautiful selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos and bridal accessories, is to visit our 15,000 sq.ft. luxury salon and see it firsthand.
